Humble Servant, DJ Rain, and S.O.S.
Ms. G, Rory’s mom, calls in to share stories, and reminisce about her son, and our host, The Lords Bomb Servant, who passed away one year ago this month.
She shares with us his childhood, and the steps he took in his own walk with the Lord. For any long time listener of the show, you will know that Rory was truly a unique individual, always willing to share his faith with anyone and everyone.
We miss you man, but we’ll see you again when we finally make it!
Here it is, as promiesed, thankfully the recording didn’t cut out at any time, took some work to get it all set up right, but hey, gotta put in that time, especially for the last show.
Yeah, you heard that right! This will be the last show for a little while, after being on air for some 5 or 6 years straight now (was doin a different show before this), I’ve decided to take a little break from the station to pursue some different things. It’s only been two weeks out of the studio, and I already feel that itch to get on air, ha!
So I think it’s safe to say this wont be the last show ever heard, Lord willing.
I want to release a few things on the site in the near future and also do some mixes here and there, so don’t remove us from your bookmarks just yet, this will still be the place for only the BEST holy hip hop out there!
Peace and GOD bless to all the fans and listeners
No live show today, but I got this mix up for all the podcasters out there
Finally got a complete recording here!
Had some guests in the studio this night, but sadly we only got about 12 minutes of recording before the computer doin all the recording crashed. We’ve been having some issues with recordings the last few weeks, which is why there’s been nothin.
Well this show that I’m putting up is the first 12 or so min of the live show then I threw a lil mix together exclusively for all the podcasters out there!
This show was dedicated to the life and memory of Rory Graham. We did our best to celebrate his life, and play tracks that he enjoyed, or tracks that we know he would have loved. We also had some friends of Rory call in to share some stories with us.
The funeral for Rory will be held this Saturday 8/15/09 at North Coast Calvary Chapel at 11AM, if you would like to attend.
A fund has also been set up for the family, if you would like to make a contribution, please contact his sister Karen, firstname.lastname@example.org and she will give you details on where to send a check.
We ask for continued prayers for the family and friends of Rory, thanks and God bless!
